This SRP (Sportsman Racing Products) Piston Set is designed for Big Block Chevy (BBC) 460 engines. These are forged pistons made from high-silicon 4032 aluminum alloy, offering a balance of high performance and affordability. They feature a small dome profile, 4.280-inch bore, +26cc dome volume, and 1/16 x 1/16 x 3/16 inch ring grooves. The pistons are engineered for superior strength and are up to 20% lighter than traditional equivalent pistons. Additional features include forced pin oiling for improved lubrication, accumulator grooves for enhanced ring seal, a high-performance skirt coating, and low-drag performance piston rings. They are suitable for normally aspirated or moderate forced induction/nitrous engine applications and come with pin fitting and double spiro locks, as well as wrist pins. Made 100% in the USA.
