Description

The Canton 22-542 is a sandwich-style aluminum oil cooler adapter designed for Big Block Chevy Mark IV engines. This adapter provides in and out ports for installing an oil cooler and mounts between the oil filter and the block. It replaces the stock bypass and bolts into the existing mounting holes, lowering the filter by 1-1/2" to 2". The adapter features 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet ports and is constructed from machined billet aluminum. Hardware and O-rings are included.
