This Comp Cams 11-413-8 BBC Xtreme Energy Retro-Fit Hydraulic Roller Camshaft fits the 396-454 Big Block Chevy from 1967-1996. Comp designed this cam for mild performance use, and it features strong torque in addition to good mileage with a rough idle. A 9.0:1 or higher compression ratio as well as a 1600+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended. This Retro-Fit Hydraulic Roller camshaft is designed for high performance on the street as well as the drag strip.
