Description

The Carrillo DHR7030PRKH Hybrid Piston & Rod Kit with H-11 Bolts is designed for 2001-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax engines. This lightweight kit significantly reduces reciprocating weight compared to factory assemblies. It allows for a longer connecting rod without needing a deck plate, improving the rod-to-stroke ratio. Rated for approximately 1500HP (with reported performance over 2000HP), this kit includes connecting rods that are 0.202" longer, working with 0.202" shorter CH pistons and a 1.156" Top Fuel Pin. The piston features a 4.075" Bore and 16.5:1 Compression Ratio. This combination reduces approximately 1/2 lb per cylinder (about 4lbs off the rotating assembly).
