This kit uses weight-optimized STR calipers with a deep natural anodized coating that effectively resists discoloration and fading at extreme temperatures. They are fully forged, producing a beautifully finished solid part without porosity. StopTech’s fully floating rotors feature a billet aluminum AeroHat® and AeroRotor® friction ring. They are up to 8 pounds lighter than standard rotors, and they use the patented AeroVane® design for better cooling and less fade. StopTech’s Trophy Sport Big Brake Kit also comes with performance brake pads for improved stopping power. These are 100% positive-molded and include OE-designed shims to eliminate noise associated with brake pad vibration. Silicone dust boots, anti-rattle mounting hardware, and all necessary hardware are included to complete the installation.
