Overview

The BBR D3 Exhaust System is a high-performance exhaust designed for pit bikes and play bikes. It features an aircraft quality stainless steel header and mid-pipes, tuned to optimize performance and power gains. The system includes a lightweight, "D" profile muffler made from 6061 aluminum with a carbon fiber end cap and heat shield.

A USDA Forest Service approved spark arrester is included for safety. An optional Cancel Core Insert is available to reduce noise levels. The complete system comes with a pipe plug and spring puller for easy installation.

The BBR D3 Exhaust System represents the next generation of BBR's acclaimed D-Section exhaust systems, engineered for optimal performance and weight reduction in pit bikes and play bikes. The header and mid-pipes are constructed from aircraft-quality stainless steel, specifically tuned for each model to maximize power and performance gains. The "D" profile muffler is crafted from lightweight 6061 aluminum, significantly reducing overall system weight. Its unique shape not only minimizes mass but also allows for maximum tire clearance and ample packing volume. Completing the aesthetic and functional design are a lightweight carbon fiber end cap and a carbon fiber heat shield with "Works Type" drilled washers. This comprehensive system includes the header and muffler, ready for installation. It also comes with a USDA Forest Service approved spark arrester to meet trail requirements. For those needing to reduce sound levels, an optional Cancel Core Insert is available, easily removable for track use. Included accessories for installation and maintenance consist of a rubber end plug, a spring puller, decals, heat shield tape, and a BBR black canvas zipper case. Fitment is confirmed for various Yamaha TT-R125 models, including the 2003-present TT-R125E/LE, 2000-present TT-R125L, and 2000-2009 TT-R125.
