The BBR D3 Exhaust System represents the latest evolution in BBR's renowned D-Section exhaust lineup, specifically engineered for the Kawasaki KLX110, KLX110L, KLX100R, and KLX110RL models from 2002-2023. Constructed with an aircraft-quality, thin-wall stainless steel header and mid-pipe, this system is meticulously tuned to maximize performance and deliver significant power gains. The accompanying "D" profile muffler is crafted from lightweight 6061 aluminum and features a carbon fiber end cap with a "D3" emblem, further reducing overall weight while ensuring ample packing volume and maximum tire clearance. A carbon fiber heat shield with "Works Type" washers adds to the premium aesthetic and functionality. Each D3 exhaust system is a complete package, including the header and muffler. It comes standard with a USDA Forest Service approved spark arrester. For riders seeking reduced noise levels, an optional Cancel Core Insert is available. Installation is further simplified with included accessories such as a rubber end plug for washing, a spring puller, decals, heat shield tape, and a BBR black canvas zipper case. Fitment is confirmed for 2003-Present Kawasaki KLX 110 and KLX 110L models. Please note that this item is oversized and excluded from free shipping options.
