This insert serves as a replacement for the standard spark arrester screen, offering a quieter ride without substantially compromising your bike's performance. It is designed using computer-aided processes to minimize power loss while effectively lowering decibel levels. This ease of installation allows for quick changes between quiet and louder exhaust notes. The insert is crafted to reduce sound output while maintaining minimal increases in back pressure, thus preserving the bike's power delivery characteristics. This quiet insert is compatible with all BBR exhaust systems that feature a removable spark arrester screen. This includes BBR's original 3" and 3 1/2" round exhausts, as well as the D-Section, D2, and the newer D3 exhaust models. Its universal fit ensures broad applicability across many BBR exhaust configurations.
