The BBS CI-R Wheel is a one-piece counter pressure cast wheel featuring a flow-formed rim and back-milled spoke area. It includes a stainless steel rim protector and is weight optimized by FEM analysis. BBS utilizes a flow-forming procedure developed in 1996, which involves continuous rotational motion with 3 hydraulic rollers and immense pressure at high temperatures to form the inner rim area. This process enhances the mechanical properties of the cast rim, increasing strength, stiffness, and impact resistance, delivering high performance at a lower cost than forged wheels. Key features include a satin black finish with a polished outer lip ring, 20x9 inch size, +38mm offset, and a 5x112mm bolt pattern.
