The BBS SX wheel is a one-piece counter pressure cast wheel, optimized for weight through FEM analysis. Utilizing BBS's flow-forming process, which has been in use since 1996, the inner rim is formed with hydraulic rollers and high pressure at elevated temperatures. This process enhances the mechanical properties of the cast rim, improving strength, stiffness, and impact resistance for superior performance compared to forged wheels.
