BBS wheels have been a gold standard in motorsport-bred wheel design since 1970. They offer various lines:
* **Forged Line:** Made from 6,000 series aluminum or special magnesium alloy using a multi-stage Die-Forging process up to 18 million pounds of pressure. Optimized for stiffness-to-weight ratio, safety, and long-term durability.
* **Performance Line:** Flow-formed wheels (since 1996) using continuous rotational motion with 3 hydraulic rollers and tremendous pressure at high temperatures to "form" the inner rim area. This process increases strength, stiffness, and impact over "stiffness-to-weight ratio" for high performance at a lower cost than forged wheels.
* **Design Line:** One-piece low-pressure cast aluminum wheels, also designed for optimal stiffness-to-weight ratio.
* **BBS Unlimited System:** A wheel system using high-quality components for universal fitment on nearly all 5-lug vehicle platforms via a proprietary hub adapter system. Adapters come in widths from 14mm to 50mm, accommodating bolt patterns from 5x100 to 5x130. Wheels are offered in 4 profiles/concavities, 19, 20, and 21-inch diameters, and widths from 8 to 12 inches.
