The BBS FI-R wheel is a one-piece forged wheel with exposed lugs, featuring a 5-spoke design. It is manufactured using low-pressure casting of aluminum, followed by X-ray inspection, thermal treatment, and flow forming to compact the material. Precision CNC machining ensures final dimensions, followed by deburring, inspection, and a lacquer finish. Customization options such as burnishing, pad printing, lasering, and ceramic polishing are available.
