The BBS RF wheel series is a result of continuous design innovation, extensive prototyping, and advanced manufacturing processes. Each wheel undergoes meticulous crafting, starting with low-pressure casting of aluminum at over 1,000 degrees Celsius, followed by X-ray inspections for quality assurance. The wheels are further strengthened through flow forming and thermal treatments at temperatures exceeding 500 degrees Celsius. Precision machining using specialized CNC machines ensures exact dimensions, and a final deburring and inspection stage precedes the application of a durable, high-quality lacquer finish in a dedicated paint shop. The manufacturing process allows for various customization options, including burnishing, pad printing, lasering, and ceramic polishing, ensuring a unique and high-quality product.
