Description

The BBS RS-GT is a 2-piece die-forged aluminum wheel with titanium fasteners. Its design is weight-optimized via FEM analysis, and rim sections are machined using a BBS patented process for weight reduction. The inner rim area is flow-formed under high pressure and temperature to compact the material, enhancing strength, stiffness, and impact resistance. The wheel undergoes thermal treatment at over 500 degrees Celsius for optimal strength, followed by precision CNC machining and a high-quality lacquer finish.
