The BBS XR Wheel combines classic BBS design with modern reinterpretation through its seven clearly shaped Y-spokes. Manufactured with over 50 years of BBS history in Schiltach, Germany, it emphasizes craftsmanship and precision. Created from aluminum through a low-pressure casting process, the wheels undergo X-ray inspection, flow forming, and multiple thermal treatments for optimal strength. Precision machining ensures exact dimensions, and each wheel is hand-finished and inspected before receiving its lacquer finish.
