Springs: SAE9254 high strength steel, compression tested over 500,000 times (<5% deformation). Spring locks/seats: T6061 Aluminum. Piston rods: highly polished steel. High pressure inner rod guide seals. 2-step coating (nickel and chromium plating) for corrosion prevention. Newly developed lubricant oil minimizes aeration/cavitation.
