BC Racing Coilover BR 95-05 SOLARA

The BC Racing BR series coilovers are designed for street driving with occasional track use. They feature easily accessible adjustment knobs and separately adjustable ride height, allowing for precise control over the vehicle's stance and performance. The system utilizes a mono-tube shock design with 30 levels of dampening force adjustment (compression/rebound adjusted simultaneously) and full-length height adjustment independent of spring compression. This design helps maintain suspension travel even at lowered ride heights. The coilovers use enlarged shock cartridges with specially designed pistons and rods, and valves constructed of special spring steel for improved durability and control. Springs are made of SAE9254 high-strength durable steel, compression tested for longevity. T6061 Aluminum is used for spring locks and seats for strength and weight savings. Piston rods are highly polished to extend oil seal life and prevent leaking. The system also features a patented concave lower locking ring to prevent unseating, high-pressure inner rod guide seals for consistent damping, and a 2-step nickel and chromium plating process for corrosion prevention. An additional bearing beneath each pillowball mount provides smooth action and prolongs pillowball life. Front camber plates are standard on applicable kits. Custom spring rates and Swift Springs are available as upgrades, which may incur an additional service fee and lead time. The kit includes a full set of four coilovers and comes with a 1-year warranty.
