BC Racing BR Series Coilovers offer an affordable entry into coilover suspension. Features include 30-clicks of simultaneous compression/rebound damping adjustment, enlarged shock cartridge with specially designed pistons and rods, spring steel valves with patented deflective system, and a patented concave lower locking ring. Springs are made of SAE9254 high strength, durable steel, compression tested over 500,000 times with less than 5% deformation. T6061 Aluminum is used for spring locks and seats. Piston rods are highly polished, and high-pressure inner rod guide seals ensure consistent damping. A 2-step coating process (nickel and chromium plating) prevents corrosion. Newly developed lubricant oil minimizes aeration and cavitation. An additional bearing beneath each pillowball mount provides smooth action and prolongs pillowball life. One year warranty, rebuildable.
