BC Racing Coilover ER 00-06 Celica

The ER series coilover is BC Racing's most advanced model, featuring large external reservoirs (front and rear), separate rebound and compression adjustment, and a twin-piston design. The external reservoirs increase oil capacity, reducing overheating and variations in damping rates. They also house a secondary piston for compression adjustment. This system is ideal for precise tuning with 30-way rebound and compression dials. Key features include full height adjustability (via shock body), 30 levels of dampening adjustment, and a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. BC Racing coilovers use high-quality SAE9254 cold-wound steel springs, black chromed steel damper units for corrosion protection, and a patented concave lower locking collar to prevent loosening. They are nitrogen-pressurized to reduce oil aeration and foaming, improving damping consistency. Bearing-mounted upper spring platforms minimize stiction and improve steering efficiency.
