Extreme Duty Carrillo connecting rods for 7.3L Power Stroke. Made from proprietary chrome, nickel, moly, vanadium alloy (VAR ASTM standards). Heat-treated via mar-aged operation for UTS 195,000 and yield 182,000, maintaining low notch-sensitivity and ductility. Manufactured from oversized forgings for proper grain flow and inclusion removal. CNC machined with probing for dimensional integrity. Magnafluxed twice and Rockwell tested. Final shotpeen operation.
