Description

CP-Carrillo connecting rods are fully machined from a proprietary 4330m alloy forging for exceptional strength and durability. These rods are available with two types of bolts: the standard WMC-H7 (H11) bolt, offering a Ultimate Tensile Strength (UTS) of 220ksi, and an upgraded CARR-S7 (MP35N) bolt with a higher UTS of 285ksi. The CARR upgraded bolt is recommended for applications where the engine will be revved above 8500rpm. All bolts feature an asymmetrical thread design, ensuring evenly distributed thread engagement, which in turn enhances clamp load and extends the fatigue life of the fastener. A set typically includes 6 rods.
