Description

The BD Diesel RoadMaster is a transmission and converter package designed for the 2019-2024 Dodge Ram 3500-5500 models equipped with the 6.7L Cummins diesel engine and 4WD. This package addresses known issues in the stock AS69RC transmission, specifically the excessive spline wear on the K2 hub, by incorporating a custom nitride billet hub.

The RoadMaster features upgraded valve body line pressure for increased clutch holding capacity and custom-selected frictions to maintain smooth shift quality. It also includes nitrile pan and PTO gaskets to prevent leaks, replacing the factory cork gaskets. The package comes with a new torque converter, clutches, and sprag for reliable operation.
