The BD Diesel 1045965 exhaust manifold is a two-piece, fully divided pulse manifold crafted from high-silicon ductile iron, engineered to endure extreme temperatures and vibrations in 6.7L Cummins engines. Its design includes precision slip joints to reduce thermal fatigue and prevent cracking and exhaust leaks, common issues with stock manifolds. It is EGR compatible, pre-drilled for an EGT probe, and offers a larger porting for enhanced performance and quicker turbo spool times.

Part #: 1045965

Fully divided pulse manifold made from high-silicon ductile iron and designed to withstand extreme temperatures and vibration. Precision slip joints allow the manifold to expand and contract, which reduces cyclic thermal fatigue and greatly increases manifold longevity.

  • Pre-drilled for pyrometer probes
  • Gasket, Bolt and Spacers kits are available separately
  • 6.7L performance stock replacement manifold for use with the Holset HE351 Turbo
  • Cast of high silicon ductile iron to withstand extreme temperature cycling caused during DPF regeneration
