Description

BD Diesel's 1043009 exhaust manifold is designed to solve common cracking issues in Ford 6.7L Power Stroke engines. It features a heavy-duty 0.275" thick-walled Hi-Silicon ductile casting, making it 75% thicker than OEM to combat high exhaust temperatures. The design includes longer exhaust studs, spacers, and thicker machined bolting flanges for improved thermal durability. This manifold is fully EGR compatible and provides an average flow increase of 8.1% compared to OEM.
