The BD Diesel 1043004 Right Side Manifold Kit With Gaskets & Studs upgrades and replaces damaged exhaust manifolds on 3.5L EcoBoost-powered Ford or Lincoln trucks or SUVs. The stock 3.5L EcoBoost manifold design leaves several cylinder head stud locations unused, which can lead to warped manifolds, broken exhaust studs, and blown gaskets over time. The 3.5L EcoBoost cylinder head is threaded for 11 exhaust studs, but the factory manifold only uses 8 of them. BD Diesel's redesigned manifold uses all 11 mounting points to improve sealing, durability, and exhaust flow. Constructed from thicker high-silicone ductile iron, the manifold is engineered to resist thermal warping and cracking. Each kit includes 11 exhaust spacers and Class 8.8 studs to further enhance long-term reliability and heat resistance. Thanks to the port-matched and flow-optimized design, the BD Diesel 1043003 can, on average, increase flow by up to 25.9%.
