Description

The BD Diesel Flow-MaX Fuel Heater Kit is a 12V, 320W component designed to prevent diesel fuel gelling in cold weather. It features a self-regulating PTC heating element that provides over three times the heat of standard systems. The kit installs between the filter head and the separator, offering a quick setup with sealed electrical connectors. It is compatible with FASS FS-1001 water separator filters and replaces the FASS HK-1001 heater kit.

This heater is perfect for cold climate diesel performance and offers a universal fit for multiple fuel pump systems, including BD Flow Max, AirDog, and FASS. It helps improve cold starts and overall winter reliability by ensuring fuel stays fluid even in subzero conditions.
