The Nomex silicone hoses can withstand over 100 psi of boost, and are secured by rugged, spring-loaded, stainless steel T-bar clamps. Engineered for each individual application, BD hose and clamp kits are a must for any modified turbo diesel.

The BD Diesel 1046277 Intercooler Hose & Clamp Kit is designed for 2006-2010 GM Silverado/Sierra 2500HD/3500HD trucks with the 6.6L Duramax engine. This kit features hoses engineered to meet three times their working pressure, utilizing 4 to 5 plies of DuPont Nomex/Aramid fiber for durability.

The kit includes spring-loaded 300 Series Stainless Steel band clamps that maintain consistent clamping force through heat cycles. The hoses are constructed with flurosilicone elastomers and fluorocarbon to withstand oily residues, and higher pressure applications feature a Red Iron Oxide internal color. This kit contains only the driver's side boots and clamps.
