Description

The BD Diesel Xtruded Transmission Oil Cooler (MPN 1030606-5/16) is designed to provide 22% more cooling than other designs with 200 micro-extruded passages for effective heat transfer and turbulent oil flow. It features large 5/8-inch ports to prevent restriction and furnace brazed rails tested to 300psi. This cooler includes an 80-watt, 10-inch, 800 CFM thermostatically controlled electric fan, delivering 33,930 BTU/HR and supporting over 30,000 GVW. The kit comes complete with all fittings, clamps, hoses, hardware, a DIY galvanized bracket kit, and a pre-wired loomed harness with fuse and relay with OEM-style sealed connectors. It is intended for use in conjunction with factory transmission coolers, not as a standalone unit. It has a 24-month or 24,000-mile warranty on parts.
