The BD TorqueMaster ProForce 3D series transmissions are engineered for high-torque diesel engines, significantly surpassing OEM strength. This package includes a billet input shaft and a triple-disc, enhanced-stall torque converter with X-Stator technology. Built in BD Diesel's advanced facility, it features a reprogrammed valve body for increased line pressure (190-200psi), heavy-duty clutches (up to 25% more material), and roller Torrington bearings replacing stock thrust washers. Each valve body is tested, and a robust aluminum transmission pan is fitted for enhanced fluid capacity and reduced case flex. All transmissions are dyno-tested and include an auxiliary full-flow filter kit, HD Transmission Pan, triple-disc enhanced stall converter, and a PressureLoc (for 1994-2004 models).
