The BDS Suspension BDS467H is a comprehensive 6.5-inch long arm lift kit engineered for the Jeep Wrangler TJ and TJ Rubicon models from 1997-2006. This kit aims to significantly improve suspension articulation and off-road performance, allowing for the fitment of up to 35-inch diameter tires. The four long lower arms are equipped with flex ends to optimize off-road capability, while adjustable long upper arms allow for fine-tuning of rear pinion and front caster angles. This kit also includes D.O.T. approved Kevlar-lined stainless steel brake lines for front and rear, ultimate sway bar disconnects for the front, and extended links for the rear. NX² series shocks are also part of the package. Installation is estimated to take 10 hours and may require some welding and exhaust modification. It is important to note that this kit requires a slip yoke eliminator kit and a CV style rear drive shaft for proper operation.
