BDS 6-Inch 4-Link Conversion Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 6-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion is engineered to significantly enhance the stance, performance, and capability of your 2014-2018 Ram 2500 diesel 4WD truck. This comprehensive kit converts the factory radius arms to a BDS 4-link system, optimizing suspension geometry for improved handling, strength, and stability. It utilizes high-strength steel brackets and HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while minimizing caster change. Front suspension components include diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs for the correct lift height and a smooth ride, along with a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction. In the rear, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, a track bar relocation bracket, bump stop extensions, and sway bar links are included. To address driveline angles at this height, the kit comes with a transfer case indexing ring and a new transmission crossmember, allowing for the use of the factory front driveshaft. Buyers can choose from three shock options: NX2 Nitro Series shocks, FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks, or FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series shocks. The NX2 shocks feature a twin-tube design with 10-stage valving and nitrogen charging. The FOX 2.0 shocks offer an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design with application-specific valving. The FOX 2.5 Elite shocks provide external reservoirs with Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjustability for enhanced off-road performance and are fully serviceable with a 1-year warranty. Trimming may be required for tire fitment, with recommendations for 37-inch tires on 17, 18, or 20-inch wheels depending on width and backspacing.
