BDS 6-Inch Lift Kit w/ 4-Link Conversion

The BDS Suspension BDS335FS is a comprehensive 6-inch lift kit engineered for 2005-2007 Ford Super Duty F250 and F350 models equipped with a gas engine. This kit offers a significant upgrade to your truck's stance, performance, and off-road capability, providing ample clearance for up to 37-inch tires. It also features heavy-duty 4-link control arms, which convert the factory radius arms to optimize suspension geometry, improving handling, stability, and strength while maintaining caster control. Additional front components include a forged drop pitman arm, track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation components, brake line brackets, and custom-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks. The rear of the suspension system is addressed with high-strength lift blocks and longer u-bolts to achieve the desired lift height. Brake line brackets are also included for proper routing. The kit is completed with a matching set of NX2 Nitro or FOX Performance shocks. Installation is designed to be straightforward with a 100% bolt-on process, eliminating the need for cutting or drilling. The heavy-duty 4-link control arms are constructed from high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets, ensuring correct axle positioning and limiting caster changes throughout the suspension's travel.
