BDS 6-Inch Lift Kit w/ FOX 2.5 Coil-Overs

The BDS Suspension 6-inch lift kit is engineered to maximize the performance and capability of 2015-2020 Ford F150 4WD trucks. This comprehensive system includes proprietary FOX Performance Elite 2.5 coil-over shocks, specifically designed to bolt on and provide increased travel for soaking up rough terrain while maintaining smooth on-road comfort. The kit offers clearance for up to 37-inch tires, ensuring aggressive tire fitment potential. Key components include high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers that enhance ground clearance and strength, along with multi-piece differential relocation brackets and a skidplate for robust offroad protection. The steering geometry is meticulously corrected at the new ride height by massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. Sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, and alignment cam bolts are also included to ensure a complete front suspension lift that is ready for demanding use. In the rear, the kit utilizes high-strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts to achieve a level stance, complemented by perfectly tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks feature a remote reservoir for increased fluid capacity and cooling, and the DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjuster allows for versatile tuning with 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels. Important installation notes specify that frame bracket modification is required. Additionally, 18-inch or larger diameter wheels are mandatory, as stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled. While stock 20-inch wheels can be used with up to 305/60-20 tires, all 18-inch wheels with 5-5.5 inches of backspacing should be tested for clearance with the BDS steering knuckle. Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require the #122406 carrier bearing drop shim kit, and the kit will not fit HD models (7-lug).
