BDS 6-Inch Lift Kit with FOX 2.5 Coil-overs

The BDS Suspension BDS1547FDSC is a comprehensive 6-inch suspension lift kit engineered to significantly enhance the performance and capability of 2019-2023 Ford Ranger trucks. This kit is designed to provide increased off-road prowess and improved on-road comfort, featuring proprietary FOX 2.5 Coil-over shocks specifically developed to bolt on and offer greater travel. The front suspension incorporates high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, offering improved ground clearance, strength, and protection. Steering geometry is precisely corrected at the new ride height by massive, CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. The kit also includes multipiece differential relocation brackets, a skid plate for off-road protection, sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, and alignment cam bolts, ensuring a complete and robust front suspension upgrade. In the rear, BDS Suspension utilizes heavy-duty fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts to achieve a level stance. This rear lift is paired with either NX2 Nitro shocks or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for a balanced performance across the entire vehicle. A key feature of this kit is the integrated DSC (dual speed compression) adjustment on the FOX 2.5 coil-overs. This allows drivers to fine-tune both high-speed and low-speed compression damping. With simple, easily accessible knobs, users can adjust the suspension for enhanced on-road control and dial in more aggressive damping for demanding off-road conditions, providing a versatile and adaptable ride experience. The kit is designed to accommodate up to 35-inch tires.
