BDS Suspension 6.5 Inch Lift Kit with 2.5 Performance

The BDS Suspension 6.5 Inch Lift Kit is engineered to elevate the stance, performance, and capability of your 2020-2026 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD/3500 HD 4WD trucks. It incorporates a high-clearance design with a "No Torsion Bar Drop System," mounting torsion bars directly to the top of the lower A-arm to eliminate the need for a dropped cross-member and maximize ground clearance. This comprehensive kit is designed to accommodate tires up to 37-38 inches. Key front suspension components include heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick, laser-cut high-clearance crossmembers and a multi-piece differential relocation bracket system to secure the front axle and improve CV angles. A robust skid plate system is also included for enhanced off-road protection. The kit also features sway bar drops and stainless steel brake lines. In the rear, replacement lift blocks and u-bolts are provided for lifting and leveling the truck. Brake line and ABS line relocation brackets are included, allowing the use of factory brake lines. The kit is complemented by a set of FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO shocks, featuring position-sensitive technology, vehicle-specific valving, and larger pistons for improved on- and off-road performance. These shocks have a type II anodized aluminum body for heat dissipation and corrosion resistance, and an internal floating piston (IFP) to optimize damping. Important installation notes include the requirement for frame bracket modification and a specific Torsion Bar Tool (GM #CH48809). Models with two-piece rear driveshafts will need a carrier bearing drop kit. Factory 17-18 inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference, though stock 20-inch wheels can be used with up to a 35x12.50 tire. Minor trimming of the inner fender shrouds and/or front bumper valance may be required with certain wheel/tire combinations. This kit will NOT work with AT4X or ZR2 models due to differences in lower control arm profiles.
