Beehive Spring Kit

The GSC Power-Division Single Beehive Valve Spring Set (GSC5043) is engineered to enhance the performance of Subaru WRX and STI engines. Manufactured using advanced techniques, these springs feature an ovate wire construction with specialized material heat treatment. This design provides superior load loss capabilities, leading to excellent spring load retention and extended fatigue life for the components. The beehive valve spring design is inherently more stable than conventional single or dual cylindrical springs. This stability is further enhanced by the use of smaller, lighter titanium retainers, which allow for higher RPM operation and improved valve control. This translates to a more responsive engine, capable of handling more aggressive cam profiles and ultimately contributing to increased power output. Key specifications include a maximum RPM limit of 9,500 RPM and a maximum boost capability of 35 psi. The set includes Grade 5 Titanium Retainers. Installation is straightforward as no head alteration is required.
