The Lakewood Bellhousing Kit (LW-LK8300K) is engineered to facilitate a connection between the Ford 7.3L "Godzilla" engine and Ford-style Tremec TKX, TKO, and TR-3550 transmissions. Constructed from lightweight cast aluminum, this kit mirrors the design of original equipment bellhousings. It is specifically designed for hydraulic release/throw-out bearings and includes a block plate, essential Grade 8/10.9 hardware for both engine and transmission mounting, and a grommet to seal the hydraulic hose opening. This bellhousing offers a cost-effective solution for projects not requiring a steel SFI-rated unit. Key specifications include a 7.27-inch bellhousing depth and a 4.685-inch transmission bore diameter. Installation is recommended with a hydraulic throw-out bearing such as the Hays #82-103 for optimal performance.
