The RV6 Performance Bellmouth Downpipe is engineered as a direct fit upgrade for the 2012-2015 Honda Civic Si equipped with the K24Z3 engine. Recognizing the performance potential of the K-Series platform and the limitations imposed by the integrated exhaust manifold, this downpipe serves as a high-performance alternative to traditional headers. It is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, featuring a cast flange section and 2.5-inch diameter tubing designed for optimal exhaust flow. This kit includes a 300-cell high-temperature catalytic converter, ensuring a balance between performance and emissions compliance. The construction utilizes TIG welding with argon back-gassing for strong, pure welds. Included with the downpipe are all necessary hardware for installation, such as three M10-1.5 bolt sets and specific gaskets for the downpipe-to-exhaust connection, as well as a Honda gasket (part number 18115-R40-A01). RV6 Performance provides a 24-month warranty on the castings and welding of this downpipe. For those opting for ceramic coating (available in Black or Silver), please note that these options are not kept in stock and will add an additional 7 to 14 business days to the processing time after your order is placed.
