Belltech frame rail C-Sections use a "bolt-in" wrap around design that captures the frame to increase overall suspension travel and frame strength on aggressively lowered vehicles. Grade 8 hardware, template and installation instructions included. (Frame modifications necessary)

Enhanced Modification. If you’re looking to drop your rear suspension using a flip kit, you may need a C-Notch. This Silverado 1500 Frame C-Notch enhances rear suspension travel to ensure that limited axle travel doesn’t cause your vehicle’s frame to bottom out. Allowing for the frame modifications needed to reinforce your vehicle when lowering, this kit could be the key to improved handling and performance you’re looking for. Built to Handle the Drop. A good C-Notch kit needs to be tough enough to handle the compression that comes with lowering a vehicle. That’s why Belltech uses tough steel to ensure this part doesn’t buckle under pressure. You won’t have to worry about your C-Notch corroding either, thanks to the protective black powder coating. Cutting Required for Installation. Installing a C-Notch requires you to cut into your vehicle’s frame. As such, professional guidance is recommended to complete this difficult modification. The kit comes with all of the hardware needed to fit it into the frame of your vehicle. A Lifetime of Protection. Thanks to Belltech’s lifetime manufacturer’s warranty, you can return this kit if it displays any signs of damage caused by manufacturing or material faults. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by the use, or misuse, of the part. Application. The Silverado 1500 Frame C-Notch is compatible with the 1999-2000 versions of the Chevrolet 2WD Silverado 1500. It is only suitable for vehicles that have 5-Inch frames. Installation Difficulty.
