The Belt Drives LTD EV-575 is a 2-inch wide open primary belt drive kit designed for Harley-Davidson Softail models. It aims to transform the look and performance of the motorcycle by eliminating primary drag and providing clean clutch engagement. The kit features CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum pulleys and components, including a 52-tooth engine pulley and a 69-tooth transmission pulley with a 1.32:1 drive ratio.

Replacing your stock primary drive with an open belt system, the Belt Drives LTD EV-575 kit transforms your Harley-Davidson Softail's appearance and performance. This 2-inch wide open primary belt drive eliminates primary drag for cleaner, more predictable clutch engagement. The kit is constructed from CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum pulleys and components, featuring a 52-tooth engine pulley and a 69-tooth transmission pulley with a 1.32:1 ratio. For 6-speed transmissions, a 142-tooth belt is used. Key features include a reinforced 2-inch wide belt designed for high torque and horsepower, a one-piece billet motor plate, unique side guard, and rear pulley cover. It is available in polished, black, and chrome finishes. The EV-575 kit is designed for specific Harley-Davidson Softail models. The 5-speed kit fits 1990-1999 Evolution and 2000-2006 Twin Cam 88B Softail models. The 6-speed kit fits 2007-2017 FXST Softail models with a 6-speed transmission. However, the 6-speed kit specifically excludes SE, CVO, Breakout, and Rocker models. Additionally, the 6-speed kit is not compatible with the factory Harley-Davidson Assist and Slip clutch system.
