The BFI MK4 Stage 2 Engine Mount is engineered by Black Forest Industries to address the limitations of stock engine mounts, which often fail under increased power from even lightly modified engines. This Stage 2 mount, with its 85a durometer bushings, is designed for enthusiasts seeking maximum performance, ideal for heavily modified street cars and dedicated track vehicles. By keeping the engine firmly planted, this mount maximizes power transfer to the ground and enhances shifting performance. Users should expect a noticeable increase in noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) when installing Stage 2 mounts. The kit includes one complete replacement engine side mount and all necessary installation hardware. It is designed to fit a range of Volkswagen and Audi models equipped with VR6 engines, including the 1999.5-2005 VW Golf & Jetta (2.8l VR6), 2004 & 2008 VW R32 (3.2l VR6), 2005-2014 VW Passat (3.2l & 3.6l VR6), 2006-2009 Audi A3 (3.2l VR6), and 2003-2006 Audi TT (3.2l VR6).
