Bi-Modal Exhaust System

The Billy Boat FCOR-0464 is a bi-modal exhaust system designed for the C6 Corvette. It features two passages within each muffler: a "quiet" side with a smaller, muffled tube and a "loud" side with 3" straight-through tubing. A vacuum valve, controlled by the ECU on NPP-equipped Corvettes (based on RPM and throttle position), regulates exhaust flow through a butterfly valve. This system aims to provide a deeper, louder, and more aggressive tone when the valves are closed, and an increased volume and tone when open, similar to the Bullet systems. It includes large, polished 4" double-walled round tips and a satin brush finish on the rest of the system. The exhaust system is precision-built, TIG welded, and a direct replacement for stock components, including all necessary hardware and gaskets.
