Big Bang Injectors Stage 0.5/1 (24% Over Stock)

The BBI REMAN Big Bang Injectors are a remanufactured set of six fuel injectors designed for the 2004.5-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins engine. These injectors feature new components, including a hardchrome coated valve piece and a DLC coated nozzle. Older injector designs are upgraded to a small puck design with a nozzle-guided valve piston, ensuring functional tolerances are the same as new injectors. Available in Stage 0.5, Stage 1, and Stage 1.5, these injectors offer performance enhancements with increased flow rates compared to stock. Stage 0.5 and Stage 1 injectors provide a 24% increase in flow rate (76.2 l/h/100bar) with a 124° spray angle. Stage 1.5 injectors offer a more significant upgrade with a 43% increase in flow rate (88.2 l/h/100bar), also featuring a 124° spray angle.
