This driver-side mounted supercharger system utilizes an F-1X ProCharger, known for its self-contained design and impressive airflow capabilities, supporting up to 1,600 horsepower. The kit is designed for engines producing 400-600 naturally aspirated horsepower and typically delivers a 50-125% increase, with boost levels ranging from 10 to 24 lbs. The pulley is sized for each specific application to optimize performance. For well-built engines, this system is capable of achieving over 1450 max supercharged horsepower. This system requires a carbureted/aftermarket EFI setup, specifically a Holley 4150 series or similar blow-through carburetor, or a blow-through capable throttle body EFI with a fuel system upgrade. Compatibility is confirmed for Ford 429/460 engines from 1968 through 1987.
