Big Bore 2.1L Intercooled Supercharger System

The Kenne Bell TS1000-01-INT is an Air-to-Water Intercooled Supercharger System, featuring a black powdercoated Big Bore 2.1L Twin Screw head unit and a stock 6-rib pulley setup specifically for the 2001-2004 Ford Mustang GT 4.6L. This comprehensive kit promises significant performance gains, adding 160+ horsepower on just 9 psi of boost using 91 octane gas. It includes essential components such as a Boost-A-Pump, 36 LB injectors, and a pre-re-calibrated computer chip, designed for a "bolt on and drive" installation for stock vehicles or those with a cat-back exhaust modification only. For vehicles with additional modifications like headers or camshafts, a "TUNER" kit is recommended. The system boasts a 750HP rated supercharger with new design rotor profiles, providing an instant full boost, horsepower, and torque at any RPM from 2000 up, without boost lag or drop-off at high RPM. It features an 86% efficient bar and plate intercooler with a low loss/hi flow Garrett heat exchanger, offering 60°-80° cooler air charge temperatures compared to Roots-style systems. The kit includes a billet bypass valve and is constructed with billet aluminum for durability. The twin-screw design ensures quiet operation, a self-contained oil system, and lower parasitic loss. Installation replaces the upper intake manifold and is designed as a direct bolt-on replacement connecting to the stock inlet system. Note: The tuning included is for stock vehicles or those with a cat-back exhaust only. If you have other modifications such as headers, midpipe, or camshaft, the "TUNER" kit should be considered. The kit is compatible with 2001-2004 Ford Mustang GT 4.6L models. For 1996-1998 Mustang 4.6L models, this kit can be used but requires PI or Aftermarket heads.
