Description

The SXParts Big Bore Kit is a performance-oriented 170cc cylinder upgrade engineered to increase the displacement of Kawasaki KLX140, 140L, and KLX150 series bikes. This kit is also compatible with the fuel-injected KLX125 motorcycles found in European and UK markets. Each kit comes complete with a new cylinder, a 63mm piston, pin, rings, clips, and necessary gaskets, allowing for a straightforward bolt-on installation while retaining original engine components. To achieve optimal performance after installation, it is necessary to rejet the carburetor or upgrade to a 26mm or 28mm unit. Additionally, installing a free-flow exhaust system is recommended to further increase the power output of the machine.
