The front features 13-inch drilled and slotted rotors with red 52mm twin piston calipers for increased clamping force and heat dissipation. The rear includes 13-inch drilled and slotted rotors with red powder-coated calipers and external parking brakes.

The CPP Big Brake Front and Rear Kit, part number 6869FRBK-BB-13-R, provides a comprehensive braking upgrade for 1968-69 Camaro and Firebird models. This kit seamlessly integrates modern front and rear disc brake performance with a compatible master cylinder and valve, all while utilizing the factory drum spindles for a straightforward installation. Up front, the kit utilizes application-specific brackets to mount to OEM drum spindles. It features large 13-inch drilled and slotted rotors paired with red-finished 52mm twin piston calipers. This combination significantly enhances clamping force, improves heat dissipation, and ensures consistent braking performance, even under demanding conditions. The rear system also includes 13-inch drilled and slotted rotors, complemented by red powder-coated calipers and an external parking brake. The kit is comprehensive, including all necessary brackets, cables, hoses, and mounting hardware for a clean, bolt-on installation. Completing the package is a firewall-mount aluminum master cylinder with a 1-1/8-inch bore, paired with a matching valve kit. The entire system is finished with a 5 x 4.75 bolt pattern, making it an excellent choice for street performance and pro-touring builds. Please note that a minimum 17-inch wheel is required for both front and rear clearance.
