Big Brake Kit

The Ksport Procomp Big Brake Kit offers enhanced stopping power for your 2003-2011 Honda Element. The kit features an extreme lightweight, one-piece caliper CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet. This caliper utilizes a differential bore configuration and an opposed-piston design, which greatly improves pad grip, caliper rigidity, and reduces uneven pad wear compared to OEM designs. Standard features include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. Ksport utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly, reducing both rotating and unsprung weight. The rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. This specific kit includes cross-drilled rotors, which tend to run cooler than slotted rotors and are recommended for daily driven vehicles, offering increased "bite" and continuously cleaning the pad surface. Stainless-steel brake lines are included to prevent line expansion under pressure, ensuring a firmer pedal feel. The kit includes 304mm (12-inch) diameter drilled rotors, a 6-piston caliper, and comes standard in an orange caliper color.
