Big Brake Kit

The CEIKA Custom cbk977 is a fully custom-built big brake kit engineered for a wide range of applications, from everyday street use to professional racing. The calipers are constructed from forged 6061-T6 aerospace-grade alloy in a 2-piece radial mount design to minimize flex. They feature dual seals with high-temperature resistant oil rings and dust scrapers, and come with stainless steel bleed screws. The caliper adapters are made of carbon steel for direct bolt-on installation. The rotors are a 2-piece floating design, featuring a 6061-T6 aerospace-grade alloy hat and a rotor ring made of FC30 cast iron, both with anti-corrosion coatings. Customers can choose between drilled, slotted, or drilled and slotted rotor ring configurations at no additional cost. The rotors utilize curved vane ventilation for optimal cooling. Full-floating rotors use an anti-rattle system for reduced tendency to warp and less drag, available on 330mm rotors and larger, while semi-floating rotors use standard bolts. This kit is compatible with OEM ABS, traction control, and master cylinder, retaining original balance and bias. It requires a Drum in Disc type parking brake system for the rear kit. CEIKA offers various brake pad compounds, from street to pro race, and guarantees fitment as a direct bolt-on. However, CEIKA is not responsible for wheel fitment or clearance issues, and advises customers to use provided templates to check clearances before ordering. Spacers may be necessary to resolve wheel spoke clearance problems, and customers are responsible for ensuring wheel compatibility.
