Ksport big brake kits provide the ultimate in stopping power, featuring advanced brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade and maintain optimal brake pad surface temperature. The extreme lightweight, one-piece calipers are CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet and utilize a differential bore with opposed pistons for improved pad wear and caliper rigidity. Standard features include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The kit incorporates stainless-steel brake lines to prevent hose expansion under pressure, ensuring consistent braking performance. Ksport utilizes a two-piece disc assembly to reduce rotating and unsprung weight. Many applications offer a floating disc option to mitigate thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing disc warping. The unique slot design on the rotor enhances performance by reducing braking noise and efficiently expelling gas and pad debris. All rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily-driven vehicles as they run cooler, while slotted rotors are best suited for track use. The product comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturer defects.
